Our team follows a “less is more” approach to cleaning and is committed to using environmentally friendly products whenever possible. Some of our cleaning agents may not be entirely green but are occasionally necessary to eliminate stubborn bacteria, molds, and viruses effectively.
We constantly evaluate new products to ensure we’re providing the best results with the smallest environmental footprint. If you have products that work well for you or if certain products may cause a reaction, we’re always happy to accommodate your preferences.
We proudly use bagless vacuums equipped with multi-surface technology that provides excellent cleaning on both hard floors and carpets. Our vacuums are maintained regularly, and we prefer to use them whenever possible for consistent results. However, if your pet has regular accidents, we kindly ask to use your personal vacuum in those areas. We’re also glad to use clients’ vacuums upon request, provided they’re in good working condition.
Please note: We do not service or troubleshoot issues with client-provided vacuums.
For your convenience, all cleaning supplies are provided by us. Your cleaning fee includes the cost of our eco-friendly cleaners, cloths, mops, buckets, brooms, and vacuums, ensuring a hassle-free experience every time.
