2. Complimentary In-Home Consultation

We schedule a convenient, no-cost, 15-minute in-home consultation to assess your home and discuss the ideal cleaning plan for you. This meeting allows us to listen, take notes, and gain a clear understanding of what matters most to you. We make sure to leave ample time for questions, so you feel completely confident in our services.

3. Personalized Quote & Service Proposal

Within 24 hours of our consultation, you’ll receive a detailed estimate outlining the services discussed and instructions on how to proceed with Clean Slate WA. We include a welcome packet with everything you need to get started. You’re welcome to review, approve, or adjust as needed to ensure a perfect match.

4. Simple, Smooth Onboarding

Once the quote is approved, we begin the onboarding process with three essential forms to keep everything smooth and straightforward:

• Payment Authorization: Clean Slate WA uses secure, automated payment processing for a seamless experience. Our clients’ cards are charged via Quickbooks after each service, and a receipt is sent directly to their inbox. We also accept cash, or third-party payments like Venmo or Zelle for streamlined and secure transactions.
• Client Preferences Form: Here, clients can share any special instructions or preferences we may have missed during the consultation. This form gives us a deeper understanding of your home and any custom needs, helping us deliver the most consistent, personalized service possible.

5. Building Your Profile

Once onboarding is complete, we add your details to our client database. This database securely stores any specific instructions or needs, from pet information to specific product preferences. Each client’s profile ensures our cleaners have everything they need to meet your unique standards.

6. First Cleaning Session

The first cleaning session is scheduled with a Clean Slate WA specialist. This initial cleaning is our chance to set the bar for the quality and consistency you can expect in future services.

7. Recurring Service & Ongoing Feedback

Following your first cleaning, we’ll check in to hear about your experience and make any adjustments needed. Then, we set up a recurring schedule—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—based on your preference. You’ll receive reminders for each upcoming appointment, including the name of your assigned cleaner and their expected arrival time.
