Specialized Service Rates
$65 per hour
Designed for one-time or specialty cleaning needs, our specialized service rates are perfect for clients seeking more intensive care for their home or workspace.
Services include:
- One-time commercial cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Event or holiday assistance
- Occasional cleaning as needed
- Executive home management (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly options)
- Organizational services (for existing customers only)
- 3-hour minimum per session
- $50 deposit required when booking organization appointments (non-refundable within 3 business days of the appointment)
À La Carte Service Rates
For a personalized touch, our à la carte options allow you to select individual services to complement your cleaning package. All à la carte services must be booked in advance.
- $10 | Linen change (client provides clean linens)
- $15 | Linen/duvet cover change (clean linens provided by client)
- $10 | Partial laundry service, per load (wash only)
- $20 | Full laundry service, per load (wash, dry, fold if time allows)
- $10 | Dishwasher load/unload
- $45 | Full oven cleaning
- $65 | Full refrigerator cleaning
- $5 | Interior window washing (per window)
- $25 | Deep cleaning of window tracks
- $25 | Deep vacuuming of accessible floorboard and stair crevices
- $50 | Damp wipe for all woodwork (doors, trim, moldings, baseboards)
- Note: Pricing is based on homes of approximately 2500 sq. ft. Larger homes may incur additional costs.
All-Inclusive Package
For clients on a revolving service plan, our All-Inclusive Package offers a convenient flat rate that covers periodic deep cleaning for areas that naturally require extra attention over time. This package is designed to ensure that your home stays fresh, spotless, and consistently well-maintained without needing additional services.
